Specialized applications, such as speech-enabled interactive voice response systems and screen pop application, improve productivity and compensate for today’s staff rightsizing. Click-to-dial, call accounting, system monitoring and IMAPI voicemail push are a few of the other applications that are written entirely in-house by staff programmers. CASS IS also offers a complete array of managed voice, LAN and programming services that can be bought by the hour, day or week. Managed services can supplement in-house client talent as a Tier 4 support and training resource.
CASS IS offers equipment hosting in our own facility. Fiber-connected, environmentally controlled and backed up with natural-gas-generated power, our server facility is a secure home for your equipment that can be bought or rented from CASS. Short-term equipment needs, space/staff shortage or rapid expansion are all good reasons for hosting equipment. Customers are offered esoteric solutions and designs that are try-before-buy.
