Does CASS manage their installations?
CASS is a full service sales, installation and maintenance company. We do all of our own project management, installation and maintenance without subcontractors.

What is your response time?
CASS responds to major service failures in 2 hours or less. Minor failures are usually addressed in 24 hours or less. Our proactive monitoring system alerts us immediately when there is a problem and improves our ability to maintain these commitments. Work orders are normally completed within 1 - 5 business days.

Where does CASS install?
With offices in Long Island, New York City and Southern Florida, CASS installs and supports systems directly in the Tri-State area and Southern Florida. We also install and support systems nationally with remote access and local business partner support. Over 25% of our installations are national branches of New York-based companies.

What are your hours?
CASS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for major failures. Our Proactive voice and data monitoring system alerts us of customer problems at the moment they occur. Action can be taken quickly to minimize customer interruption. We are available for minor outages, questions, or work orders from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

How many technical people does CASS have?
CASS has 23 engineers and technicians (excluding our business partner relationships) available for installations and repairs.

Does CASS maintain a complete inventory for the systems they sell?
CASS maintains a complete inventory at their warehouse located in Port Washington, NY, which is within 25 miles of Manhattan. We also stock complete systems of all sizes for disaster recovery purposes.

How can bundled maintenance/warranty hours be used?
Blocks of hours are available for clients on maintenance or warranty. Normal time and material is $150 per hour with 2 hours minimum. The following rates apply:

5 hours - $675
10 hours - $1200
15 hours - $1500
25 hours - $2250
40 hours - $3000

Bundled hours can be used minimally in ½ hour increments. Bundles are billable in advance either quarterly or semi-annually. Payments cannot be split and hours expire at the end of the period. For additional information, look at our bundled hours documentation here.
